● Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
● We deliver nationwide across Pakistan.
● Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
● Delivery timelines range from 3–7 business days depending on location.
● Free shipping is applicable on orders exceeding PKR 10,000.
● Tracking details will be provided where available.
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier disruptions or unforeseen events.
We maintain a strict exchange-only policy under the following conditions:
Eligibility:
● Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with seals intact.
Valid Cases:
● Damaged or defective product
● Incorrect product delivered
Process:
● Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
● Supporting evidence (such as images) may be required.
Additional Terms:
● Approved exchanges will be replaced with the same or equivalent product.
● Return shipping costs will be covered if the issue is due to our error; otherwise, the customer bears the cost.

No cash refunds or change-of-mind exchanges are permitted.
The Rewards Program is currently under development. Upon launch:
● Reward points will have no monetary value.
