To qualify for an exchange:

●      Original packaging and seals must be intact

●      The request must be made within the specified time frame

We are unable to process exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

2. VALID REASONS FOR EXCHANGE

Exchanges are only applicable in the following cases:

●      Incorrect Product Delivered
 (item received does not match your order)

3. REQUEST PROCESS

To initiate an exchange:

●      Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

●      Provide your order details

●      Share clear images or video evidence of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond accordingly.

4. APPROVAL & REPLACEMENT

●      Once approved, the product will be replaced with the same item

●      If the same product is unavailable, an equivalent product may be offered

●      Exchanges are processed only after verification of the claim

5. SHIPPING COSTS

●      If the issue is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item),
 return and replacement shipping will be covered by us

●      If the request does not fall under valid conditions,
 shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer

6. IMPORTANT TERMS

●      We do not offer cash refunds

●      We do not accept change-of-mind exchanges
