Refund Policy

At Skingenix+ by AQ Collection, we prioritize product quality, hygiene, and customer safety. Due to the nature of skincare products, we follow a no-refund policy in most cases, with limited exceptions as outlined below.


1. GENERAL POLICY

      We do not offer refunds on products once they have been delivered

      All purchases are considered final, except in specific cases where a refund is deemed necessary


2. WHEN REFUNDS MAY BE APPLICABLE

Refunds may only be issued under the following circumstances:

      The requested product is out of stock and cannot be replaced

      An exchange is not possible due to product unavailability

      A verified issue remains unresolved after review

In such cases, refunds will be processed at our discretion.


3. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

      Change of mind after purchase

      Product does not suit your skin or expectations

      Incorrect use of product

      Delay in delivery due to courier or unforeseen circumstances

      Requests made after the 7-day window


4. REFUND PROCESS

If a refund is approved:

      The amount will be processed via the original payment method
 (or bank transfer, where applicable)

      Processing time may take 5–10 working days

      Any applicable transaction or processing charges may be deducted


5. IMPORTANT NOTES

      Refunds are only considered after proper verification of the claim

      We reserve the right to approve or decline refund requests

      Our decision will be final in all cases
